This process is supported by pioneering techniques and innovative approaches that enable our patients to achieve their young, dynamic and natural appearance. Our surgeons, equipped with the most up-to-date medical methods to improve your eye health and aesthetic appearance, develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.

    • Consultation and Evaluation

The eyelid aesthetic process begins with a detailed consultation. At your first appointment, your surgeon will review your medical history, assess your current health, and perform a detailed examination of your eyelids. At this stage, sagging, bagging, wrinkles and other aesthetic problems on your eyelids are determined. Additionally, your surgeon will talk with you extensively to understand your expectations and goals. As a result of these evaluations, the most suitable treatment plan for you is created.

    • Creating a Treatment Plan

After the consultation, your surgeon will prepare a personalized treatment plan for you. This plan is created taking into account the condition of your eyelids and your personal aesthetic goals. It may be upper eyelid aesthetics, lower eyelid aesthetics or a combination of both. During the planning phase, where the incisions will be made, how much skin and fat tissue will be removed, and other surgical details are determined.

    • Anesthesia Practice

Your comfort and convenience are prioritized during the eyelid aesthetic procedure. Therefore, your surgeon will administer anesthesia before the procedure. Generally, a combination of local anesthesia and sedation is preferred. This combination ensures that you are completely comfortable and pain-free during surgery.

    • Opening the Incisions

After anesthesia is applied, your surgeon makes incisions at designated points. For upper eyelid surgery, incisions are usually placed in the natural eyelid crease. For lower eyelid aesthetics, incisions can be made just below the eyelashes or on the inside of the lower eyelid (transconjunctival approach). These incisions are strategically placed to minimize post-procedure visibility.

    • Removing Excess Skin, Fat and Muscle Tissues

Through the incisions, excess skin, muscle and fatty tissue on the eyelids are carefully removed or reshaped. In upper eyelid aesthetics, excess skin and muscle tissue that causes sagging is removed. In lower eyelid aesthetics, fat deposits that cause bags are removed or redistributed. This step makes your eyelids look tighter, smoother and younger.

    • Closing the Incisions

After the procedure is completed, your surgeon closes the incisions with fine stitches. These stitches are placed in accordance with the natural lines of the eyelids and disappear over time. In some cases, your surgeon may also use adhesive tapes or skin adhesives.

    • Healing Process and Follow-Up

The healing process begins after eyelid aesthetics. Immediately following surgery, it is important to carefully follow your surgeon's recommended care instructions. Mild swelling and bruising are normal for the first few days, but these symptoms subside quickly. You may need to take certain precautions to protect your eyes and promote rapid healing. You will have regular check-up appointments throughout the recovery process. During these appointments, your surgeon closely monitors your recovery process and makes additional recommendations when necessary.
